摘要 目的探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)和聚束蛋白(Fascin)在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测Ezrin、Fascin在喉鳞状细胞癌及其癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果 Ezrin和Fascin在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);Ezrin及Fascin的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理分级相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05);喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Ezrin的表达水平与Fascin表达水平的相关性未明确(P>0.05)。结论 Ezrin和Fascin的过度表达可能与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及转移有密切的关系,检测Ezrin及Fascin的表达可能成为判断喉鳞状细胞癌预后的新指标。 Objective To study the expression of Ezrin and Fascin in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of Ezrin and Fascin in human LSCC (group A) and tumor-adjacent normal larynx tissue (group B) were detected by citric-SP-immunoehemical technique. Results The expression of Ezrin and Fascin was higher in the group A than that in the group B (P〈0.05). The expression of Ezrin and Fascin was correlated with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathologic stage, but not with age and sex. The expression of Ezrin was not clearly correlated to that of Fascin in the group A. Conclusion Ezrin and Fascin may be directly associated with arise, development and metastasis of LSCC. The united detection of Ezrin and Fascin may be a new index judging the prognosis of LSCC.
