B型利钠肽在心力衰竭中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 心力衰竭(简称心衰)是我国心血管疾病中最常见,也是对患者危害最大的疾病,是各种心脏病的终末期阶段,具有很高的致残率和病死率。虽然近年来对心衰的病理生理有了更深入的了解,治疗水平有了较大的提高,但对心衰的诊断尤其是早期诊断及疗效的评估仍缺乏有效的客观指标。研究表明,血浆B型利钠肽(brain natriuretic polypeptide,BNP)与心衰的发生密切相关,可作为心衰的血浆标志物,用于心衰的诊断、危险分层并指导治疗与判断预后,可更客观地评价患者的病情进展情况,针对不同级别的病情有相应的治疗。现将BNP在心衰中的应用进展综述如下。
