2005～2010年医院HIV抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of HIV antibody detection results in our hospital during 2005-2010

目的调查医院人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况及分布特征。方法对2005年1月至2010年12月在泸州医学院附属医院就诊的患者用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测HIV抗体,统计分布科室、年龄、性别比例及各年度的感染状况。结果 56 208例中,共检出HIV抗体阳性血清142例(142/56 208),其中青壮年占78.87%,男女比例为2.55∶1,科室分布以门诊、内科为主,年检出率0.055%～0.481%。结论 HIV感染率以较大幅度逐年上升,且分布科室较广。建议综合性医院对所有住院患者均进行HIV抗体筛查。

Objective To investigate the HIV infection condition and distribution characteristics in hospital.Methods The ELISA method was utilized to measure serum HIV antibody in the partial patients visiting our hospital from January 2005 to December 2010.Then the detected results were analyzed on the department distribution,age,sex ratio and the infection condition at each year.Results 142 cases of positive serum HIV antibody were found among 56 208 individuals.Among them,young and middle-aged people accounted for 78.87%,male and female ratio was 2.55 ∶ 1.The patients with HIV antibody were mainly found in the departments of outpatient and internal medicine.The annual detection rate was 0.055%-0.481%.Conclusion The incidence of HIV infection is rising by a large margin year by year,and the distribution is wider.It is suggests that HIV antibody should be detected for all inpatients in general hospital.
