摘要 采用水热法制备了Aurivillius-型氟氧化合物Bi2TiO4F2,并通过粉末X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、差热-热重分析等手段对化合物的性质进行了测试和表征。该样品结构的空间群为I4/mmm,晶胞参数为a=3.806(0),b=3.806(0),c=16.318(1),具有有序排列的F/O阴离子的单层Aurivillius-型结构,并对其铁电体性质进行了研究。 One oxide-fluoride Bi2TiO4F2 was prepared by mild hydrothermal method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The structure is described by space group 14/mmm with the cell parameter a ~ 3.806(0) A, b = 3.806(0) A, c = 16.318(1) A. The compound adopts a single layer Aurivillius-type structure with an ordered array of fluoride/oxide anions. The ferroelectric property of this material also has been investigated.
