微波辐射制备羟丙基壳聚糖的研究

摘要 在微波辐射下,以环氧丙烷为改性剂,四甲基碘化铵为催化剂合成羟丙基壳聚糖。探讨了微波处理时间、微波辐射功率、催化剂用量、反应物配比诸因素对产物产率和取代度的影响。实验结果表明,合成羟丙基壳聚糖的最佳反应条件为微波辐射功率为140 W,微波处理时间为2 h,催化剂用量为5%,m(壳聚糖)/V(环氧丙烷)=1∶10,产率为68.43%。 O-(hydroxyl isopropyl) chitosan was synthesized from chitosan and 1,2-epoxypropane in the presence of ammonium iodide assisted with microwave irradiation. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: the ratio of chitosan to 1,2-epoxypropane of 1·10 (mg/mL), the ratio ofchitosan to catalyst of 1 ·0.05(mg/mg), the microwave power of 140 W and the microwave irradiating time of 2 h, under which the yield of o-(hydroxyl isopropyl) chitosan was 68.43 %.
