二(N,N-二乙基甘氨酸)-1,6-己二醇酯的合成

摘要 SnCl2作催化剂,1,6-己二醇和氯乙酸在环己烷中回流3 h获得1,6-己二醇双氯乙酸酯,然后再与二乙胺在室温下反应3 h,合成了新化合物二(N,N-二乙基甘氨酸)-1,6-己二醇酯,总产率达71.8%,并对影响1,6-己二醇双氯乙酸酯产率的因素进行了探讨。 1,6-hexanediol was refluxed with chloroacetic acid for 3 h in cyclohexane to give 1,6-hexanediol bis(chloroacetate) using stannous chloride as catalyst, and then reacted with diethylamine for 3 h at room temperature to afford 1,6-hexanediol bis(N,N-diethylglycinate) with total yield of 71.8 %. The effects of various factors on the yield of 1,6-hexanediol were investigated.
