摘要
天然气作为一种清洁能源和重要的化工基础原料,其应用在我国越来越广泛,除了每年120亿m3的西气东输项目,我国还从澳大利亚等国家进口每年3000万t的LNG(液化天然气)以满足国内日益增长的消费需求。世界各地的气田采出的天然气都不同程度的含有元素汞,汞的存在会严重损坏天然气处理装置的低温铝制换热器,造成巨额的设备更换和停工损失,含汞的天然气产品也带来人员健康和环境问题。同时,天然气田伴生的凝析油由于其低廉的价格也被引进国内,2006年国内已经有乙烯厂家率先使用凝析油替代国内常见的石脑油作为裂解原料来大幅度降低原料成本,但凝析油也同样存在含汞的问题。因此,国内外的天然气和伴生凝析油处理装置和研究机构在不断的追寻高效益低成本的脱汞科技,一系列先进的汞脱除技术已经被开发出来并在实际生产中得以应用。
As one clean and important base feedstock, natural gas are largely used in the country. Plus on the 1.2 billion cube meters gas transferring from west to east, we import 30 million tons LNG per year from Australia for domestic demand increasing. All the natural gas from world gas field is normal content mercury which damages the low temperature aluminum equipment in gas processing plants; mercury causes big cost on equipment fail and plant shutdown, also causes personnel health and environmental concerning. Nowadays, natural gas condensate is imported to replace ethylene plant feedstock as its much lower price than naphtha. Since 2006, one domestic ethylene plant firstly used condensate as feedstock and has lower his operation cost very much, and mercury removal unit is unavoidable. Facing the problem, worldwide gas and condensate plants with research institution are chasing new mercury technology for high efficiency with low cost. A series of mercury removal technology has been invented and applied in production area.
