摘要 油水井出砂是国内外各油田普遍存在的一个自然现象。从油水井完井开始到采油、注水或修井过程中,每一步施工作业对地层出砂都有影响,其中有些因素可以避免,有些则无法避免。如果地层出砂得不到有效防治,油水井出砂会越来越严重,致使油水井减产、减注甚至停产、停注,严重时还可能造成砂卡、套管损坏或油水井报废。因此分析油水井出砂原因,掌握油水井出砂规律并适时采取有效的防砂措施,控制油水井不出砂或砂面基本保持稳定,以减少冲砂、检泵及大修作业,是油田开发过程中必须解决的一个至关重要的问题。 Sand production of oil well in the oil field at home and abroad is a common natural phenomenon. From the oil well completion to oil, water or workover process, every step of construction work of formation sand production are affected, some of which could be avoided, some are unable to avoid. If the formation sand production cannot get effective control, sand production of oil well will be more and more serious, resulting in oil well production, raise even stop production, injection stops, serious when may also be caused by sand, casing damage in oil and water wells or scrap. Therefore the analysis of oil water well sand control oil well, sand production rule and take effective measures to control sand, oil and water well out of sand or sand surface to maintain the basic stability, to reduce the sand flushing, pump inspection and overhaul operation, to be solved in the process of oilfield development is a crucial problem.
