Taking the example of reaction furnace actual baking process of initial start-up, the paper emphatically stated representative problems, and analyzed the reason and processing methods, in addition, discussed problem which was found after baking and states disposal situation. The purpose was to summarize baking experiences, reaching the optimum efficiency of baking, ensuring furnace stable running and prolonging the life of furnace.
