Application of Design-oriented Experiment Teaching Method in Principles of Enzyme Engineering

文章从"酶工程原理"实验课教学改革角度出发,针对传统实验教学模式存在的问题,通过设计性实验教学法在酶工程原理实验课中的教学改革,提高了学生的动手能力、分析能力、创新思维能力、独立完成实验的能力,取得了良好的教学效果。

From the viewpoint of experimental teaching reform of ＂＇principles of enzyme engineering＂ and to solve the problems existing in traditional experimental teaching, the teaching method of designed experiment was carried out in the teaching reform of ＂principles of enzyme engineering＂. It was beneficial for promoting students＇ ability of problem solving, analysing, creative thinking and completing experiment independently, and achieved pretty good teaching effect.
