摘要
我国石油产业安全面临资源接替矛盾突出、对外依存度高、运输风险大等严峻挑战,本文应用SWOT方法,对我国石油产业安全进行了战略分析,提出了资源接替、国际化、可持续、多元化等实现产业安全的战略对策。
Chinese Petroleum Industry safety has fa-ced Serious challenges such as Resources succeeding contradiction,high degree of dependence on external and transportation risk.The paper has strategic analysis of our country petroleum industry safety with the application of SWOT method,set up strategic countermeasures to realize industrial safety such as forest resources,internationalization,sustainable and diversification.
