氧化锰矿制备硫酸锰工艺条件的研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对越南某氧化锰矿分别采用还原焙烧-酸浸法和两矿法浸出该锰矿。利用正交焙烧试验和单因素浸出条件试验得出还原焙烧-酸浸法的最优条件,最佳条件下浸出率均大于96%,最优条件下扩大试验浸出率为93.21%。利用单因素浸出条件试验得出两矿法的最优条件,最优条件下综合试验浸出率为94.97%。通过对试验结果的比较,确定该矿适合用还原焙烧-酸浸法处理。 The Vietnamese manganese oxide ore was treated by reduction roasting-acid leaching process and redox reaction process with two kinds of ores. The optimal conditions for reduction roasting-acid leaching were ascertained by orthogonal roasting experiments and single-factor leaching experiments. The leaching rate of manganese was more than 96% while the leaching rate of the scale-up experiment was 93.21% under the optimal conditions. The optimal condi- tions for the redox reaction process with two kinds of ores were ascertained by single-factor leaching experiments, under which the leaching rate of manganese was 94. 97%. The comparison between two results indicated that reduction roasting-acid leaching process was suitable for this Vietnamese manganese oxide ore.
