对外贸易战略:进口替代还是出口替代

Foreign Trade Strategy:Import Substitution or Export Substitution

中国的对外贸易战略应该是进口替代与出口替代交叉进行 ,以进口替代为主。既要利用我国资源丰富、人口众多、市场广阔的优势 ,主要面向国内市场 ,限制进口 ;又要积极地与国际经济接轨 ,充分利用国外资源和国外市场 ,扩大出口。但经济建设必须立足于国内 ,保护国内民族工业的发展。进口替代要从引进“硬件”转向引进“软件”,使国内工业在较高的起点上前进。

Chinas foreign trade strategy should be:import substitution and export substitution work alternately.We must make use of Chinas advantages in rich resources,large population and vast market,face the domestic market and restrict imports as well as actively integrate itself with international economy,and take advantage of foreign resources and markets to expand our exports.However,the economic construction must be based on domestic market to protect the national industry.The import substitution must shift from import of “hardware” to import of “software” in order to make the home industry develop on a higher level.
