摘要
目的:确定亚贡叶中总酚酸提取工艺。方法:确定以溶媒量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,水回流法提取总酚酸,采用正交设计试验确定最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为水回流法提取3次,每次10倍量水提取20min。结论:该工艺条件稳定,简便易行,重现性好,适于亚贡叶中总酚酸提取。
Objective： To confirm the extract method of Orthogonal design was used for exploring the main factors of extract total phenolic acids in yacon leaves. Methods： method. Results： The optimal extraction procedure of total phenolics was established as the materials was refluxed with ten times amount of water for 3 times, 20 minutes for each. Conclusion： The established method showed good stability and reproducibility and could be used as a method for extracting total phenolic acids in yacon leaves.
