摘要
期货经纪活动是期货交易中纠纷发生率最多的一个环节 ,正确处理这类案件 ,必须准确认定纠纷性质 ,才能正确适用法律。文中对期货经纪法律性质的各种学说进行分析检讨 ,论证期货经纪的行纪性质。
Futures trade of futures broker is the most link of disputes in the whole futures market.To define character of disputes is necessary for the right settlement of disputes and for the enforcement of law.This paper discusses vasied theories on legal character of futures broker and establishes mandate character of futures broker.
