Research on the Construction of Technological Innovation Service Platform for China's Key Industries

从我国重点产业发展的需求出发,论述了构建产业技术创新服务平台的必要性,在总结了前人的研究成果,并充分借鉴发达国家和我国发达地区创新平台构建的经验基础上,结合我国重点产业发展的客观实际,通过官产学研相结合构建了符合我国国情、具有可操作性的产业技术创新服务平台的理论模型;分析了通过平台的构建,集成创新资源联合攻关,实现资源对外开放和高效服务,以支撑企业自主创新和产业技术进步。

This paper from the needs of China＇s key industries development, discusses the necessity of the construc- tion for technological innovation service platform, summarizes the previous studies, learns from the expefience to construct innovation platforms of developed countries and developed areas in China, according to objective reality of China＇s key industries development, adopts the united mode of ＇government-industry-university-research institute＇ to construct technological innovation service platform for China＇s key industries, hope that through the platform building to integrated innovation resources, and realize the resource＇s opening and efficient service, in order to support busi- ness innovation and industrial technology development, so as to promote the persistent and favorable development of China＇s key industries.
