联盟网络对企业创新绩效的影响——基于珠三角企业的实证研究

Effect of Alliance Network on Enterprise Innovative Performance:Based on Enterprises in Pearl River Delta region

基于珠三角130家企业的问卷调查数据,实证分析了企业联盟网络特征对其创新绩效的影响以及外部环境不确定性、内部资源与能力的调节效应。研究结果表明,企业联盟网络的关系强度对其创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;企业在其联盟网络中占据的中心性位置对其创新绩效也具有显著的正向影响;外部环境不确定性正向调节企业联盟网络的关系强度与其创新绩效间的正向关系;内部资源与能力负向调节企业在其联盟网络中占据的中心性位置与其创新绩效间的正向关系。

Based on survey data from 130 enterprises in Pearl River Delta region, this paper empirically analysis effect of alliance network on enterprise innovation performance. Research result shows that ties strength of alliance net-work and central network position have significant positive effect on enterprise innovative performance. Moreover, environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between ties strength of alliance network and innovation performance. Internal resource and capabilities negatively moderate the relationship between central network position and innovation performance.
