In times of information,rapid spread-out of information gives enterprises more convenience and big room for development,while it makes enterprises face severe challenges in crisis management.Under such background,enterprises should have a good understanding of features of information spread and crisis management,pay more attention to influence of information spread on crisis management,make a good use of information spread in crisis management and adjust enterprises' strategy so as to deal with crisis effectively.
