浅谈应用胰岛素泵治疗的护理体会

目的介绍临床应用胰岛素泵的护理体会。方法对200例需胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射。结果应用胰岛素泵治疗能显著快速控制血糖,明显改善HbA1c水平。结论胰岛素泵治疗更符合生理胰岛素分泌,可更快更有效地控制高血糖,胰岛素泵的推广将会是治疗糖尿病的必然趋势。
