摘要
本文对现行的有关水库地震成因的几种观点提出了质疑,研究了水库蓄水后的地形变,并从地形变的角度探讨了水库地震的发震机理。指出了水库蓄水后库区及邻近地区下沉、然后区域或局部地层回升这一水库地形变的共同特征;回升的原因是由于岩石的浸湿膨胀。文中论述了浸湿膨胀对区域地壳稳定性的影响,提出水库蓄水后的浸湿膨胀是导致水库地震的重要因素。
In this paper, several current views about the causes of reservoir induced earthquakes are questioned, the crustal deformation in the reservoir regions after water storage is investigted,and the mechanism of reservoir induced earthquakes is studied from the field of the crustal deformation. The common crustal deformation feature in the reservoir region is that the reservoir area and its environs subside after water storage,and then regionally or partial uplift. The cause of the uplift is the rock soak expansion. The effects of rock soak expansion on the regional crust stability are discussed. It is proposed that the rock soak expansion after water storage is an important factor resulting in reservoir induced earthquakes.
