摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折(intertrochanteric fracture)系指股骨颈基底至小粗隆水平之间的骨折,多见于老年人,属于关节囊外骨折。由于股骨粗隆部位的血液供应丰富,很少发生骨折不愈合或股骨头缺血性坏死,如仅考虑骨折愈合,
