摘要 随着管理创新和组织变革需求的增加,管理开发培训项目的设计和评估越来越受到学术界和企业实践的关注。针对管理人员开发培训项目的特殊性,本文通过与PBL的理念相结合,探索了针对管理开发的培训设计、实施模式。
