光质对冬凌草无菌苗生长及冬凌草甲素含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究不同光质对冬凌草无菌苗生长及其中冬凌草甲素含量的影响。方法将冬凌草的种子在不同光质的培养箱中培养出无菌苗,观察无菌苗生长情况,并采用高效液相法测定其中冬凌草甲素的含量。结果无菌苗在白光下长势最好,叶片较多;在红光下无菌苗长势其次,株高增长最快;在黄光、绿光、蓝光条件下长势较差;黑暗条件下长势最差,植株发黄。不同光质下冬凌草甲素含量从高到低依次为:白光(0.155%)>红光(0.145%)>黄光(0.117%)>蓝光(0.035%)>黑暗(0.031%)>绿光(0.027%)。在白光和红光下培养的冬凌草无菌苗中冬凌草甲素含量显著高于其它光质下培养的冬凌草无菌苗。结论不同光质对冬凌草无菌苗的生长状况和冬凌草甲素的含量有很大影响,白光和红光有利于冬凌草无菌苗的生长和冬凌草甲素的积累。 Objective To research the effects of different light qualities on the growth and oridonin content of Rabdosiae rubescens aseptic seedlings. Methods R. rubescens aseptic seedlings were cultured in box illuminated with different light seeds. The growth statuses were observed and the ofidonin content were measured by HPLC. Results The aseptic seedlings grew the best in white light, with more leaves than others; the aseptic seedlings in red light grew secondly, with the longest height; while aseptic seedlings the grew worst in yellow, green and blue light; the aseptic seedlings grew the worst in dark, with yellow appearance. The descending order of oridonin content in the aseptic seedlings cultured in different fight was: whit light (0. 155% ) 〉 red light (0. 145% ) 〉 yellow light(0. 117% ) 〉 blue light(0.035% ) 〉 dark(0.031% ) 〉 green light(0. 027% ) ; the oridonin content in the aseptic seedlings cultured in white light and red light were higher than others significantly. Conclusion Different light qualities have different effects on the growth and the oridonin accumulation of the R. rubescens aseptic seedlings.
