中药配伍减毒的研究现状及对策

Strategy and Research Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Detoxification by Compatibility

尽管部分有毒中药毒性物质基础、作用机制及毒效相关性研究已取得了一定的结果,一些有毒中药的配伍减毒的研究也取得了阶段性的进展,然而,有毒中药配伍减毒的研究依然存在着诸如只注重急性毒性不注重亚急性及慢性毒性、只注重毒性不注重活性的主要问题。针对有毒中药配伍减毒的研究当前存在的主要问题,作者提出对策:①应拓宽和加强有毒中药毒性物质基础和毒效相关性研究;②开展基于临床配伍应用的与有毒中药的配伍药物的筛选研究;③在配伍减毒的研究中应急性毒性与慢性毒性并重、活性与毒性并重。之后,作者还给出了具体的配伍减毒的研究方案设计图。文章将为开展有毒中药配伍减毒的研究奠定文献基础和思路启发。

There have been many results in toxic components, mechanisms, and toxicity - activity relationships of some toxic traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, and many progresses in detoxification by compatibility. However, there are still many problems existed in detoxification by compatibility of toxic TCM. The authors proposed strategy ： broadening and strengthening studies in toxic components and toxicity -activity relationships and in compatible medicine screening assays with toxic TCM ,focusing on both the acute and chronic toxicity, and both toxicity and activity of toxic TCM. Thereafter, the authors also made a specific research design in detoxification by compatibility. Besides ,the present paper may also provide the research guidance in thoughts for other toxic TCM
