大学组织变革的要素分析——组织社会学视角

摘要从组织社会学的角度来看,大学组织是一个复杂的社会系统,对大学组织进行变革,就要对大学组织生命体的理念、结构、行为和关系进行变革,只有这样才能够真正实现大学组织的变革,从而提高高等教育质量。
