以连锁超市运营实务课程为例,通过对连锁超市运营工作过程进行探索,融入基于工作过程的实践教学,改变传统人才培养模式,通过模拟企业现实工作环境、工作岗位和业务流程,以及完整的连锁超市经营活动,将理论与实践融为一体。在课程实践设计方面,贯彻以过程为导向的设计思路,以超市运营过程为载体,设计教学,体现课程的实践性。

Take the course of Supermarket chain operation as an example,through to the supermarket chain operation process of exploration,based on the practice of work in the process of teaching,changing the traditional personnel training mode,through the simulation enterprise reality work environment,jobs and business process,as well as the complete chain supermarket business activities,will theory and practice as a whole.In the course of practice design,and implement the process oriented design idea,to the supermarket operation process for the carrier,design teaching,reflect the practice of course.
