道德认知是道德行为的基础,道德行为是道德认知的外在表现,二者理应是一致的,然而现实生活中二者却存在分离的现象,这一现象已严重影响到国民素养。因此加深对这一现象的认识、分析其形成原因、探索改进的措施具有深切的现实意义。根据道德的特性,主要从德育观、社会以及道德主体三方面来探究原因、寻求对策。
