摘要
从分析张家口商品房价格波动情况入手,采用统计分析方法,确认土地购置费用、建材成本和物价水平是影响张家口商品房价格的主要因素,房价的调控应注重这些因素的影响作用.
Based on the fluctuations in prices of commercial houses in Zhangjiakou,and statistical analysis,the paper shows that the cost of land acquisition,cost of construction material,and price level are the main factors influencing the prices of commercial houses in Zhangjiakou.Price regulation should focus on the roles of these factors.
