摘要 通过力学性能测试和显微组织观察,研究了热处理工艺对1Cr15Ni4Mo3N钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:该钢经780℃×5h空冷和590℃×4h空冷二级退火处理后具有良好的切削性能,适合进行机加工;再经过1 070℃×1h油淬、-70℃冷处理和200~470℃回火处理后,可获得较好的综合力学性能。 The effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr15Ni4Mo3N steel was studied by mechanical testing and microstructure observation. The results show that the steel could obtain good machinability which suitable for machine processing by two levels annealing of 780 ℃×5 h air cooling and 590 ℃× 4 h air cooling. And fine overall performance would be gained by following heat treatment of quenching at 1 070 ℃×1 h, cold treating at -70℃ and tempering at 200-470 ℃.
