摘要
在对进口及国产受热面管T92-S30432异种钢焊接接头进行常规金相检验时发现,在T92钢侧熔合线附近有块状组织析出。采用先浅侵蚀再染色的复合彩色金相显微组织显示方法并结合显微硬度测度以及能谱分析等方法,对该块状组织进行定性分析以鉴别该块状组织。结果表明:采用该彩色金相显示方法得到显微组织的衬度和清晰度都较高,较好地弥补了黑白金相的不足,可以有效地鉴别出该异种钢焊接接头熔合线附近的块状组织为铁素体相。
It was found that there was massive microstructure precipitating near the fusion line at T92 steel side when conventional metallographic examination on the domestic and overseas T92-S30432 dissimilar steel welded joints. Compound color metallography microstructure displaying method combined with method of micro-hardness test and energy spectrum analysis were used to distinguish the massive microstructure qualitatively. The results show that the contrast and definition of the microstructure displayed by this color metallography method were both high, and could make up for the deficiency of the conventional black and white metallography method. By the color metallography method it could effectively distinguish that the massive microstructure was ferrite phase.
