高效液相色谱法测定中药润燥止痒胶囊中大黄素和大黄素甲醚

HPLC Determination of Emodin and Physcion in the TCM of "Runzao Zhiyang" Capsule

提出了高效液相色谱法测定润燥止痒胶囊中大黄素和大黄素甲醚含量的方法。样品经甲醇-盐酸(10+0.3)混合溶液加热提取水解30min,采用Hypersil ODS 2C18色谱柱为分离柱,以不同体积比混合的甲醇和磷酸(0.1+99.9)溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm。大黄素和大黄素甲醚的平均回收率分别为100.2%和99.7%。

A method of HPI.C for the determination of emodin and physcion in ＂Runzao Zhiyang＂ capsule was proposed. The sample was extracted with CH3 OH-HC1 （10＋0.3） mixture and hydrolyzed for 30 min. The extracts were separated on Hypersil ODS 2 C18 column by gradiem elution with mixtures of CH3 OH and H3 P4-H2O （0. 1＋ 99.9） solution in different ratio, and determined at the wavelength of 254 nm. Values of average recovery found were 100.2% for emodin and 99.7% for physcion.
