摘要
薄板焊缝超声波检测时,由于受焊道轮廓影响,波形往往难以辨别。通过对三种探头的对比,证明采用短前沿,高频探头来解决这一问题是可行性的。
When the weld on thin board is examined by ultrasonic waves, the waves might be difficult to indentify due to the dead contour. It is especially difficult to the beginners. The article is to compare three types of detectors and demonstrate the possibility to solve the problem by applying the short leading edge and high frequency detector.
