2002—2010年北京天坛医院颅内恶性肿瘤住院患者用药分析

Drug Use in Intracranial Malignant Tumor Inpatients in Beijing Tiantan Hospital During 2002-2010

目的:研究我院2002—2010年颅内恶性肿瘤住院患者的用药情况。方法:使用药历管理软件,对我院2002—2010年颅内恶性肿瘤住院患者的用药数量与金额进行统计,并计算用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和消耗金额排序/DDDs排序(B/A)。结果:颅内恶性肿瘤住院患者的药物主要为手术治疗的辅助用药,药品价格不断降低。结论:我院在颅内恶性肿瘤患者的治疗当中,药品使用基本合理。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the drug use for the inpatients with intracranial malignant tumor in our hospital during 2002-2010 period.METHODS： The medication records management software was used for statistically analysis regarding the consumption amount,consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and B/A（order of consumption sum/order of DDDs） of the drugs used for the inpatients with intracranial malignant tumor in our hospital from 2002 to 2010.RESULTS： The drugs used for the inpatients with intracranial malignant tumor in our hospital were mainly adjunctive drugs of surgery,with drug costs getting lower and lower.CONCLUSION： The drug use for the inpatients with intracranial malignant tumor in our hospital was basically rational.
