摘要
随着中国经济的快速增长,人力的需求量越来越大,然而人才的数量却是客观有限的,因而如何吸引人才,如何保留人才,如何发挥人才的最高效用成为企业人力资源管理所要研究的重点问题。本文从目前企业人力资源管理过程中的主要问题即薪酬观的误区、人才聘用的任意性、人才配置问题以及人才培训不完善等入手,分析现代企业需要一个较完整的科学合理体系,需要一定的人性化,要考虑人的心理变化特点。企业人力资源管理中的灵活性原则、激励原则以及科学合理原则是目前贯穿企业人力资源管理全过程的重要指向,通过这三个原则,进一步保障企业人力资源管理可以有效地使企业的利润最大化。本文旨在针对现代企业的诸多问题提出相应的解决策略,为企业的人力资源管理人员提出有建设性的建议。
With the rapid growth of China's economic, the demand for manpower is increasing. However the number of the talents is limited, so how to attract and develop the talents is a big problem of the business administration. This paper starts with an overview of the problems concerning salary misunderstanding, arbitrary recruitment, and poor human resource allocation and training in enterprise human resource management. The paper holds that modern enterprise must be equipped with a scientific system, highlighting human factors. Further, there are three principles, namely flexibility, encouragement and scientific nature, which will ensure effective human resource management and enable the maximum profit for the enterprise. This paper analyzes the main issues in the current human resource management so as to offer the constructive suggestions for the enterprise consider- ing human resource management.
