摘要
国防生是依托普通高等教育培养的军队干部,是未来国防建设的中坚力量,高校有义务、有责任培养出政治合格、军事过硬、专业优秀的后备军官人才。结合当下国防生学习动机降低、学习效果不佳的现状,本文运用期望-价值理论对高校国防生的学习动机进行分析并针对激发国防生学习动机、提升学习效果提出了建议。
National defense students are the future military leaders trained under the regular higher education system and will be the backbone for the future of national defense. Universities are expected to cultivate the national defense students politically qualified, militarily competent and professionally excellent. In view of the current situation of the decrease in the learning moti- vation and the poor result of the learning of these students, the article, on the basis of the theory expectation - value, analyzes the learning motivation of these students and gives propositions on the stimulation of the learning motivation and the improvement of the performance.
