摘要
介绍在上海高桥10万m3油罐施工中,通过采用日本进口SPV490Q钢及国产16MnR钢异种钢接头的焊接工艺评定试验方法及结果,在拟定的焊接工艺条件下,采用国产焊丝进行埋弧自动焊,可以获得满意的力学性能,从而进一步提高了特大型糖罐的国产化强度。
The weldability experiment and welding procedure working out of SPV49OR steel from Japan and 16MnR steel joint for 100, 000 m3 are introduced. As a result the joint properties of SPV490Rand 16MnR are satisfactory to the demand.
