煤气管道工程站场焊接工艺的改进

摘要 在义马-郑州煤气管道工程站场焊接工艺的选择过程中,根据钢管规格品种多的特点,着重考虑管道壁厚与直径两个因素,对原设计的焊接工艺做了改进,采用纤维素焊条打底与低氢焊条填充盖面相结合的焊接工艺,充分发挥了施工单位使用纤维素焊条的优势,使焊接缺陷的产生几率明显降低,保证了煤气管道焊接质量。 At the stage of welding process selection for piping within distribution plant on Yima - Zhengzhou city gas pipeline project, considering the multiple steel pipe specifications, and the two factors as heavy wall thickness and pipe diameter, improvements were made to the originally designed welding process by depositing the root pass with cellulosic electrode, and filling and cap passes with low hydrogen electrode, which gave a full play to the construction team's skill in handling cellusosic electrode, and reduced the probability of weld defects, assuring the welds quality of the city gas pipeline
