摘要 建立PE管道模糊综合评价数学模型,根据模糊语言算法计算专家评价向量,利用模糊层次分析法确定各指标权重,将安全预警理论与风险矩阵法相结合确定管道的安全预警等级,并基于Visual Basic环境开发PE管道风险评价安全预警程序。利用所开发的程序对福州市某PE管段开展风险评价安全预警,得到该PE管段风险等级为中高风险。通过应用可知,开发的安全预警程序具有较高的精度和工程应用价值,可为PE管道检验和安全管理提供有效工具。 The mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for PE pipeline was established according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, evaluation vector of experts was calculated based on fuzzy language algorithm. To pursue better or as much accurate results of assessment as possible, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to ascertain the weight of each index. The theory of safety early warning and risk matrix method were put into deal with the risk value to judge the grade of safety early warn- ing. The risk grade of PE pipeline in Fuzhou city was medium high by using safety early warning proce- dure of risk assessment which was developed on the basis of Visual Basic tools. Compared with the practical application, safety early warning program for PE pipeline has high precision and engineering application value, which can be taken as an effective tool to inspection and safety management for PE pipeline.
