摘要
酵母多糖作为一种可以替代抗生素的绿色添加剂和免疫增强剂,对动物具有营养和保健作用。文章针对酵母多糖的生理功能、作用机理及在养鸡生产中的应用效果进行了综述。
Yeast Polysaceharide （YPS） is a green feed additive and an immunity intensifier. It is helpful for animal in nutrition and immunity. The paper described the physiological function, functional theory and application effect in chicken of Yeast Polysaecharide.
