Abstract：This paper analyzes and interprets the statement of ＂value of primordial and primary prevention for cardiovascular disease ＂ from the American Heart Association. And summarizes the rationale and available evidence that support the need for and value of primordial and primary prevention beginning early in life and throughout the life course. The cost effec- tiveness of nmltilevel prevention for cardiovascular disease is evaluated in three ways of social change, behavior change, therapeutic areas. The aim is to pay high attention to cardiovascular disease Prevention.
