云计算切入路径的逻辑与本质--基于"统计云"实践的思考

Logic and Nature of Cloud Computing Entry:Reflection of Practice Based on "Statistical Clouds"

从云计算发展现状和信息化机理分析,指出基于政府驱动下从"私有云"构建向"行业云"、"混合云"演变是云计算中国化的基本路径。通过对云计算信息化本质与"革命"含义的分析以及"统计云"实践雏形的思考认为基于信息模式创新与变革是云计算切入路径的基本逻辑,指出云计算切入路径的关键在于信息化管理体系的统一,核心在于技术属性和体制特征的协同,而与之相应的标准以及建设模式则是其本质内涵。

Beginning with the logical analysis of the development of Cloud Computing and the informatization of its value actualization, this paper points out that the evolution from the construction of ＂Private Clouds＂ to ＂Industry Clouds＂ and ＂ Mixed Clouds＂ driven by the government is the basic path of localization of Cloud Computing in China. Through the analysis of the nature of the informatization of Cloud Computing and the meaning of ＂revolution＂ and reflection upon the practical prototype of ＂the Statistical Clouds＂, the paper elaborates that the innovation and change of information model is the basic logic of entry path for Cloud Computing. And also it points out the key for Cloud Computing entry path is the unification of information management system and the core is coordination between technical property and institutional characteristic but the corresponding standards and construction modes are essence connotation of Cloud Computing.
