摘要
采用正交实验法 ,以葡萄糖、月桂醇等为主要原料 ,一步法合成了十二烷基葡糖苷 ,优选出最佳反应工艺条件 :反应温度 1 1 5℃ ,反应压力 2 .67k Pa,反应时间 3 .5 h,剂糖质量比 0 .0 0 9∶ 1 ,醇糖摩尔比 5∶ 1 ,得率1 65 %。并对产品的表面张力和起泡性进行了测试。
Dodecylpolyglucoside were synthesized by the direct way of glucose with laurel alcohol. Orthogonalizing design was adopted, and selected the best technological conditions: reaction temperatures 115 ℃, reaction pressure 2.67 kPa, reaction time 3.5 h, quality ratio of catalyst and glucose 0.009 ∶1, mole ratio of laurel alcohol and glucose 5∶1, and the yield was 165%. The properties of surface tension and foaminess were measured.
