肝硬化门静脉血流动力学改变与食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的关系 被引量：3

摘要 肝硬化门静脉高压症（portal hypertension，PHT）是指由肝硬化引起门静脉及其属支血管压力升高。PHT合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血是肝硬化的严重并发症，死亡率高达50％以上[1]。准确预测出血并制定合理的防治方案，对于提高患者生存率极其关键，因此，对肝脏血流动力学的研究尤为必要。本文旨在通过彩色多普勒超声观察门静脉血流动力学变化，预测肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血发生的可能性。
