单纯膝关节滑膜结核诊断进展 被引量：1

摘要 临床单纯的膝关节滑膜结核，症状不典型，表现缺乏特异性，早期确诊困难，因此误诊率较高，经常被误诊为类风湿性关节炎、慢性化脓性关节炎、创伤性滑膜炎及色素性绒毛结节性滑膜炎等[1]。病情延误，可能转化为全关节结核，造成患者膝关节不可挽回的功能障碍。
