摘要
以电子政务课程为例,"一校三区"开展实验教学资源共建共享的课题研究。将实验教学资源划分为仪器设备类、环境设施类、消耗性材料类、教育教学类、管理类、人力资源等6大类,将资源共享定位在"互补互利"层面,认为注重已有资源的整合利用,依据各自专业特点开发新资源,以项目建设促发展是实现实验教学资源共享的理想途径。比较了综合实验中心模式、重点专业(院系)主导模式与委托项目模式的利弊,提出了改善管理模式,优先整合管理类资源,以共建促共享等对策。
Take the course of electronic government as an example, we conducted research on the cooperative building and sharing of experimental teaching resources within three campuses. We divided the experimental teaching resources into six parts as follow: teaching equipment resources, teaching fa- cility resources, consumable material resources, educational resources, management resources and hu- man resources. We place resource sharing on the level of mutual complementarity and benefit, and we think it/s a perfect way to achieve the sharing of experimental teaching resource by paying attention to the integration of existing resource and developing new resource according to different characteristics and achieving development by means of project construction. After comparing the both advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive experimental center mode, key major-dominant ( or key faculty-dominant) mode and delegated project mode, we put forward the countermeasures such as improving the management mode, takeing priority to the integration of management resources and improving the sharing by the cooperative building.
