实验室行之有效的绩效量化管理不仅能够提升高校的实验教学层次,而且能够促进实验室的可持续发展。从我院实验室管理的实际情况出发,阐述了实验室管理的基础条件及工作事项,实验室绩效量化体制的建立原则、量化细则及实施效果等方面的内容,同时对其它高校的实验室管理提供良好的借鉴。

Laboratory of effective quantitative performance management can not only enhance the college＇s experimental teaching level, but also promote the sustainable development of the laboratory. According to the actual situation of our college laboratory management, this paper describes the laboratory management basic conditions and work issues, it also introduces the establishment of the laboratory quantitative performance system and implementation effects as well as other aspects, giving a good reference to other colleges of laboratory management.
