摘要
结合三牙轮钻头及涡轮钻具轴承组件的工况和失效分析,讨论了MoS2 滑化处理的依据和具体工艺。对牙轮钻头、涡轮钻具轴承组件用合金材料在渗碳渗氮等热处理后,实施M oS2 滑化处理。试验测试表明,此滑化膜可有效地抑制胶合的发生,用于高速重载的钻头及涡轮钻具轴承组件是可行的。
Based on the working behaviour and failure analysis of the bearing assembly used in a roller bit or a turbodrill,the smoothing processes by MoS 2 are discussed After boronizing,carburizing,exert intensive MoS 2 onto the surface of bearing assembly to form a wear resistance coating Investigation shows that the friction coefficient and the abrasion value between these coating are smaller,and have better comprehensive performance Therefore it can be used for the bearing assembly of a roller bit or a turbodrill
