摘要 以深圳地铁5号线为例总结十几年来深圳地铁盾构施工技术。介绍深圳地质特点和盾构适应性,着重介绍深圳复合地层盾构刀具配置、始发、空推、平移、端头加固等关键技术,并通过工程实例介绍盾构通过建筑物、河流、铁路、硬岩和孤石处理方法,提供深圳盾构法施工的宝贵经验,展现盾构法施工的最新技术和应用成果,为国内盾构法施工提供很好的范例。 The shield tunneling technology used in the construction of Shenzhen Metro in these years is summarized,with the construction of No.5 line of Shenzhen Metro as an example.The geological characteristics of Shenzhen and the adaptability of the shield machines are presented.The key construction technologies,including cutting tool arrangement,shield launching,shield advancing without load,shield transverse moving and end wall reinforcement,used in the mix geological conditions in Shenzhen are described with emphasis.The technology of shield tunneling crossing underneath buildings,rivers and railways,as well as the technology of shield tunneling through hard rocks and the technology of boulder treatment,are presented.The paper provides experience in shield tunneling in Shenzhen and shows the latest shield tunneling technology and shield tunneling results.
