Basing on ICIE（International Center for Information Ethics）,from the aspects of research institutions,publications,teaching,conferences,research areas,this paper made a quantitative analysis and Qualitative analysis of the current situation of the researches on information ethics,and provided a reference and inspiration to domestic research in this area.
