信息不对称背景下的高职图书馆发展研究

Study on Library Development of Vocational Colleges in the Background of Asymmetrical Information

高职院校的体制、机制与图书馆发展需求的信息不对称,内涵建设与图书馆内涵发展的信息不对称,导致了图书馆发展理念的偏差,制约了图书馆生产关系的改善,阻碍了图书馆生产力的发展。用科学的发展观确立高职院校图书馆发展的指导思想,实施人才战略工程提升馆员队伍的职业竞争力,抓住主要矛盾解决高职院校内涵发展的当务之急,是目前高职院校图书馆内涵发展的路径选择。

The asymmetrical information between the vocational college system,mechanism and the requirement of library development,connotation construction and library development lead to the deviation of developmental theory of library.It also limits the improvement of relation of production and hampers the development of productive forces of library.It is the urgent task for the connotation construction of vocational college library to establish the guiding principles of the development of vocational colleges with the scientific development outlook,and to implement strategy of talents to improve the vocational competence of library staff.It is the best way to single out and tackle the principal contradiction in the connotation development the libraries of vocational colleges.
